Cancellation & Restriction Policy
You must call 262-248-3464 7 days prior to arrival to cancel a reservation. 7 Day notice is required for all cancellations. Must get a cancellation number to confirm cancellation. If you cancel Within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount for the entire stay, all the room nights reserved.
Group reservations may have 30-90 days cancellation. Some group reservations require 50% charges at time of reservation and some reservations require 100% advance payment depending on various factors.
PLEASE NOTE DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
There is a deposit taken for a 1 night plus tax per room reserved at the time of booking. Remaining balance of total reservation cost minus any deposit will be charged at the time of check-in.
RESTRICTIONS:
If you don't see availability for the dates you need or the room is marked as closed please contact us at 262-248-3464 as availability can change any moment. Roll away bed is NOT available for Pool side Rooms. Pets are allowed only in CERTAIN units with permission and EXTRA charges. Please CALL us if you will be traveling with your pet and need to book your stay. We DO NOT allow pets in all the rooms.
